Rediscover your strength and identity with simple, time-saving systems for consistent fitness, nutrition, and balanced wellbeing, without mom guilt.
When you first set out to prioritize health and fitness after becoming a mom, you probably envisioned:
Getting Stronger
Fueling Your Body
Mastering the juggling act
Feeling like YOU again
You'd return to your lifting routine, celebrating as you hit old and new personal bests!
You’d finally enjoy cooking a delicious, nourishing meal—like a perfectly cooked steak with broccoli—while waving goodbye to that mac-and-cheese bloat.
You’d reconnect with your fierce, athletic self, finding purpose beyond "Mom," making you feel even more empowered as a parent.
And you'd finally achieve real balance, carving out time for yourself while ensuring your whole family thrives!
But somehow, that vision feels just out of reach…
We understand that finding time for yourself as a mom can feel impossible, and it often leads to losing sight of your identity, strength, and health.
You’ve tried to squeeze in Peloton workouts during nap time, only to hear that dreaded interruption.
You’ve set your alarm for 6 AM to get a workout in before the kids wake up, only to discover your child has other plans.
You’ve attempted to make a healthy dinner for yourself, but the stress of preparing a different meal for your kids adds to the chaos.
You're pouring everything into your family, but it feels like you're giving them the leftovers of yourself after ignoring your own needs for so long.
You keep thinking that things will slow down
Keep promising yourself you'll join the gym next month
Thinking you’ll start eating healthier starting on Monday.
But that time never seems to come.
It feels like you’re on an exhausting hamster wheel—except you’re not even getting the workout benefits, and you have no clue how to get off!
You know you shouldn't have to sacrifice your fitness and identity for your family. You’ve learned from experience that neglecting yourself isn’t working and you want a life that includes YOU—strong, balanced, and fulfilled.
Teaching your kids that health doesn’t matter. They watch and follow your example.
Losing touch with yourself, meaning your kids miss out on knowing the most vibrant, authentic you.
Mom rage, fueled by exhaustion and poor nutrition, leading to frustration and shouting at your loved ones.
Increased risk of chronic illness, bringing lifelong struggles and medications.
Worsened fatigue, making it harder to keep up with family, work, and life.
Strained relationships. When you don’t nurture your whole self, you can’t fully show up in your marriage or for your loved ones. Both you and your partner deserve to experience the restored, energized version of you.
Imagine waking up each day feeling:
Energized, not exhausted
Strong—physically and mentally
Nourished and hydrated, with a noticeable difference in your energy
Confident in balancing your needs alongside your family’s
Fully present and loving, both as a mom and partner

That by age 35, half of all adults are already dealing with at least one chronic disease? And when it comes to women, cardiovascular disease is a major culprit.
Research also shows us that mental health is significantly improved with consistent exercise and sound nutrition AND that children’s mental health is heavily dependent on their mother’s wellbeing. So, taking care of YOUR health IS taking care of your children!
But here’s the silver lining:
Our program dives into lifestyle changes that can slash the risk of cardiovascular disease by up to 80%!
Plus, the healthy habits you pick up aren’t just for you—they set a powerful example for your kids, creating a ripple effect of wellness across your whole family.

We’re not your typical fitness influencers. We have over a decade of professional experience helping women reach their full potential, becoming healthier, fitter, and stronger from the inside out, and are damn passionate about it. We created this business because we understand that a mom’s mental and physical health are deeply interconnected.
We also have been in your shoes. Prior to having kids, we lived in the gym - it's where we met! Andi rose to be a national level competitive powerlifter (with Mandy as her nutrition coach!), and after having kids in a pandemic, those things drifted away. So when we say we know what it feels like to lose a part of your identity in motherhood, we mean it.
We believe in a compassionate, holistic approach, where we address the whole person. We wont give you a plan and send you on your way. We care about your stress, sleep, mood, relationships, and even your digestive health. After all, there is no singular golden ticket, but the accumulation of positives over time, consistently, that brings lasting change.
While there is something to be said about self-commitment, we are anti-rigidity, anti-diet culture, and overall anti-toxic norms that lead to unrealistic expectations. We ain't here for it.
After becoming a mother, it’s easy for your own needs to fall by the wayside while you juggle everything else. Our mission is to help busy moms like you redesign that juggling act—to put yourself back on your priority list and rediscover your strength and identity while finding balance, so you can show up as the very best version of yourself, both as a woman and a mom.
Phase 1: Assess & Reflect
First, we need to understand where you currently stand and what might be missing in your life. In this phase, we’ll evaluate your health in various areas and help you clarify what you want and what changes are needed.
What you discover in this phase will be taken with you into Phase 2.
Phase 2: Develop Your System
Next, we’ll guide you step-by-step in creating a personalized system that works for you. This includes practical strategies for planning your life effectively!
We’ll show you how to stay consistent with nutrition and workouts while balancing your family’s needs, including your own. By the end of this phase, you will have a schedule that allows time for everything important to you, leading to a healthier and more balanced life.
Phase 3: Perfect Your System
Once you have a working system, we’ll help you enhance it. In this phase, you’ll learn essential tips that will maximize your results.
We’ll conclude with a self-evaluation to celebrate your progress and show you how much better you can prioritize what makes you, YOU, while still balancing the rest of your life.
Let’s face it—mom-life is stressful.
While you can’t always eliminate the chaos, you can learn to manage it.
In this mini-course, we’ll teach you practical techniques to help you find calm, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need a moment to reset. Mastering these strategies will not only reduce stress and anxiety in the moment, but also improve digestion and build long-term resilience, helping you handle life’s challenges with greater ease.

"regained not only my strength, but my confidence"
"As a mother of three, I always put my kids’ needs before my own and it had been years since I truly prioritized the things that made me feel like myself. I was an athlete my whole life, but after becoming a mother I could no longer recognize myself physically or mentally. I finally committed to this program and regained not only my strength, but my confidence and my identity outside of “Mom.” While I love being a Mom, I am so happy to have had the accountability, coaching, and structure of this program to finally make space for ME again. I have realized that taking care of my health is essential for me to be the best mom I can be!"
- Larrissa
"I can't recommend this enough!"
"I can’t believe I waited so long to get help, but I am so glad that I did! With the content presented in this program, I realized that I was stressed and lacking time because I was spending it all on the wrong things. Since making shifts in my life to live more in alignment with things that actually make me feel good, I feel so much healthier and less stressed. My relationships have improved and I feel like I am finally able to show up the way I want to for my family. I can’t recommend this enough!"
- Sarah
"I realized it is possible!"
"As a busy mom and teacher, I put the needs of every human before my own without even a second thought. Gone were the days that I was physically active and food was never a concern. At a doctor’s visit, I learned I had to make a change, but I had no time or energy left at the end of the day. I knew I didn't want a quick fix, but wasn't sure where to even start. It seemed impossible, but after investing in myself, I realized it is possible! My relationship with food has changed, my health has improved, and I'm back on my own to-do list."
- Casey

Our program is designed to deliver results quickly, with many users seeing significant improvements within the first few weeks. However, the pace of progress will vary depending on factors such as your starting point, level of commitment and variables specific to your life. We recommend giving the offer at least 12 weeks to see optimal results and build consistency.
We have two different fitness program options for our clients. One requires comfortability with barbell movements and the other is more suitable for individuals trying to get back into the flow of exercise and uses primarily dumbbells and bands. We do not recommend our fitness program for people who are brand new to strength training programs. If you are brand new to an exercise routine, we recommend that you receive in-person training guidance to get comfortable with the various different movements before working out on your own. It is still possible to participate in the program, but you may want to hire help from a personal trainer in your area to support you throughout your workouts.
Yes! Despite our emphasis on getting back to your strength training, that is just a small piece of the program. Our goal is to help you create a system to allow time for your training and nutrition. The strength program is just an added bonus and there is an option for you to use if you’d like it.
Don't worry! While we want to provide anything and everything you need, we realize that you may not need or want to use everything all at once! Part of the journey is deciding on your priorities, and you may do things in parallel, or succession, depending on your needs and goals. We can help coach you though identifying where you should focus.
What happens after 12 weeks?
Progress never stops! Once you complete the 12-weeks, you are welcome to continue in our ongoing membership to receive continued accountability, fitness programming, weekly recipes, and more.
You can stay where you are and continue allowing your health and your spirit to drown under all the responsibilities and unrealistic expectations of motherhood.

Remember, it is NOT your fault that this hasn’t come naturally up to this point. You're an amazing mother and you’re trying to make sure everyone else is okay…
But the truth is, your children’s wellness is highly correlated to YOUR wellness. Taking care of you IS taking care of them and we’re here to help you figure out exactly how to do that.
Ask yourself these questions…
What fitness and nutrition habits do you want your kids to learn from you?
How do you want your kids to remember their mother?
What happens if you continue neglecting your fitness and nutrition?
What will prioritizing your strength and nutrition allow you to do 10-years from now?
What would it mean to you to get back to hitting old (or new!) PRs again?
